Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Water Technician in the New Orleans/St. Rose area to support our restoration projects. The role involves water mitigation work, assisting the PM, and performing extraction, gutting, and debris removal as required.

On-call nights and weekends are required. Starting pay ranges from $16–$18 per hour with potential quarterly bonuses and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K with employer match.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in water mitigation projects.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends due to on-call rotation.
• Hard worker with attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Specialize in water damage from small to large flooding projects.
• Remove damage through water extraction, gutting, and demolition as needed.
• Pre and post construction debris removal.
• Contents cleaning and packing; create a cleaning plan per project needs.

What you'll be responsible for as a Water Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects
• Specialize in water damage from small scale to large scale flooding projects
• Remove damage through water extraction, gutting, and demolition as needed
• Pre and post construction debris removal
• Contents cleaning and packing
• Create a general cleaning plan depending on project needs

What you need to have:

• 0-3 years experience working Water Mitigation projects
• Must have avalid driver's license
• Must be able to work weekdays, nights, and weekends due to on-call rotation
• Hard worker with attention to detail
• Relationship building/maintenance skills
• Must be reliable, dependable, anddrug free
• HVAC and Carpentry experience a plus - compensation would be adjusted per skillset
