Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our Lafayette team, located in Scott, LA.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour with opportunities for quarterly bonuses. We offer full insurance (medical, dental, vision), a fully vested 401K with employer match, and chances to earn restoration certifications as you grow with our company.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license; business driving up to 20% of time.
• Must be drug-free and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan.
• General labor: gutting, cleaning, and packing.
• General cleaning at the end of projects.
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process.
• Maintain a safe jobsite.
• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Pre and post construction clean-up.

What you'll be responsible for as an Experienced Restoration Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects

What you need to have:

• Relationship building/maintenance skills

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

• Personable with good communication skills

• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs

• Strong desire to learn and excel

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time

• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

• Must be available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays
