Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our Lafayette team, located in Scott, LA. Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour with opportunities for quarterly bonuses and a full insurance package.

We offer a fully vested 401K with employer match and opportunities for restoration certifications. You will assist in project management, assess damage, and help with demolition and reconstruction while maintaining a safe jobsite.

• Proven experience in restoration or construction roles.
• Ability to assess property damage and create a cleaning plan.
• Willingness to work after hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager on various construction projects.
• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan.
• Gutting, cleaning, and packing tasks as needed.
• General cleaning at project end.
• Participate in demolition and reconstruction processes.
• Maintain a safe jobsite.
• Prepare equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Pre- and post-construction cleanup.

What you'll be responsible for as an Experienced Restoration Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects

• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan

• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing

• General cleaning at the end of projects

• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process

• Maintain safe jobsite

• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs

• Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:

• Relationship building/maintenance skills

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

• Personable with good communication skills

• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs

• Strong desire to learn and excel

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time

• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

• Must be available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays
