Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician to join our Mobile team in Spanish Fort, AL. You will assist the project manager on construction projects, assess property damage, and execute cleaning and restoration tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency.

We offer starting pay of $18–$25 per hour, a quarterly bonus, full insurance, a vested 401K with employer match, and opportunities to obtain restoration certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license; driving for business up to 20% of time.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

What you'll be responsible for as an Experienced Restoration Technician:

• Assist project manager on various construction projects

• Assess property damage and create cleaning plan

• General labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing

• General cleaning at the end of projects

• Participate in demolition and reconstruction process

• Maintain safe jobsite

• Prepare various types of equipment for upcoming jobs

• Pre and post construction clean-up

What you need to have:

• Relationship building/maintenance skills

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

• Personable with good communication skills

• Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs

• Strong desire to learn and excel

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time

• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free

• Must be available to work after hours, weekends, and holidays
