Two or more years of residential HVAC service experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ equipment.
• Explain repair options to homeowners professionally.
• Complete service calls accurately and per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain detailed service documentation and work orders.
• Adhere to safety standards and company quality expectations.
