Job summary

Western Heating & Air Conditioning in Boise, Idaho is seeking an HVAC Experienced Service Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems. Starting pay is $23 per hour, with pay dependent on experience and opportunities for performance incentives.

You will deliver excellent service, document work orders, and contribute to system tune-ups and safety inspections while building lasting customer relationships. Valid EPA certification and driver's license required.

Qualifications

• HVAC journeyman or apprentice experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Deliver exceptional service and build customer relationships.
• Document service calls and complete job tickets accurately.
• Perform system tune-ups and safety inspections.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Recommend additional services and products when appropriate.
