Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, and equipment inspections.
• Learn to troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Help maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and indoor air quality equipment.
• Learn proper electrical, refrigeration, and airflow diagnostic procedures.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners while providing excellent customer service.
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain clean, organized company vehicles and job sites.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop technical and customer service skills.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to learn how to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll develop the skills needed to become a successful HVAC service technician.
