Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues using electrical and diagnostic tools.
- Diagnose heating, cooling, and refrigeration system issues.
- Educate customers on system operation, repair options, and recommendations.
- Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit.

As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

The ideal Residential HVAC Service Technician:
- Has experience diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Has experience with HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Takes pride in completing quality work the first time
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers
- Enjoys educating homeowners and helping them make informed decisions
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and committed to continued growth
- Works well independently while supporting the team
- Shares our commitment to excellent customer service
- Residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong understanding of residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC components
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment

Our office is located at 959 North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro, TN. Residential HVAC Service Technicians will be able to take their company vehicles home and will be dispatched from there.
