From rooftop units and VRF systems to boilers, chillers, refrigeration, exhaust systems, and fresh air systems, you'll work on a wide variety of commercial equipment that keeps every day challenging while helping you continue expanding your expertise.
As an Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment
- Service rooftop units up to 50 tons, mini-splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, refrigeration equipment, exhaust systems, and fresh air systems
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment using digital volt meters and diagnostic tools
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Accurately diagnose equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions
- Educate customers on system operation, repair options, and replacement recommendations so they can make informed decisions
- Complete work orders, service documentation, and equipment records accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership
- Mentor apprentices and fellow technicians as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

The ideal Commercial HVAC Service Technician:
- Has experience diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems
- Has experience servicing a variety of commercial equipment, including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, VRF systems, or refrigeration systems
- Enjoys troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Takes pride in completing quality work the first time
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers
- Enjoys educating customers and helping them make informed decisions
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and committed to continued growth
- Works well independently while supporting the team

- Commercial HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial heating and cooling systems
- Experience working on rooftop units up to 50 tons
- Experience with mini-splits, VRF systems, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems preferred
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
