You will read specifications, select materials, train helpers, and maintain organized, safe job sites while coordinating with office leadership. This full-time role offers year-round work and a take-home vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects from start to finish.

• Determine materials, tools, and equipment needed for each installation.
• Maintain proper inventory of parts, tools, and safety equipment.
• Ensure installation vehicles are organized and properly stocked.
• Complete installations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
