Job Description

As a crew leader, you’ll help run day-to-day field operations on residential custom home and renovation projects. You’ll be expected to set the pace on site, keep work organized, maintain quality standards, and communicate clearly with team members and management. This role is hands-on and leadership-based, so you should be comfortable framing, troubleshooting, and guiding others through the work.

Workspace and Environment

Work is performed on residential job sites throughout Coastal Maine and surrounding areas.

Most work is outdoors or in partially finished homes, so weather conditions can vary.

Cell phone use is limited during work hours except for breaks and work-related communication.

Schedule
  • Full-time, year-round work.
  • Typical full-time schedule is 40 hours per week.
