Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current RN registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
• One year of RN experience required.
• CPR and specialty certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with the health team and family.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
• Document patient status and care plans accurately in the medical record.
