Granite Bay Smiles Dentistry is seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Roseville, CA. You will support clinicians, perform X-rays, intra-oral photography, and maintain a clean, efficient operatory to ensure patient comfort and excellent care.

You will practice according to ADA/OSHA guidelines, contribute to a patient‑centered experience, and grow with a practice that emphasizes clinical excellence and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant and able to gain patient commitment for treatment.
• Experience with sterilization, x-rays, and intra-oral photography preferred.
• Maintain sterile, cheerful environment and comply with OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist to secure the best patient outcome with urgency.
• Keep operatories clean, sterile, and cheerful and take x‑rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in accordance with ADA guidelines and state/federal regulations.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$23.00-$32.25 / Hourly
