Job summary

Oakley Dental Group is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join a team of experienced professionals. You will learn new skills and advance your career in modern dentistry while delivering exceptional patient care.

You will assist the dentist, maintain a sterile environment, perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures, and ensure compliance with ADA, OSHA and related regulations. The position offers $20.00-$27.75/hour with benefits like CE units, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant.
• Experience with sterilization and disinfection per ADA guidelines.
• Ability to assist the dentist and maintain a clean, sterile environment.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$20.00-$27.75 / Hourly
