Job summary

Marysville Modern Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join a team focused on exceptional patient care. You will learn from experienced professionals and contribute to delivering the Perfect Patient Experience.

You’ll work with modern dental technology, develop clinical efficiency, and serve the local Marysville community alongside a team dedicated to clinical excellence and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dental Assistant.
• Assist the dentist to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment and perform x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment per ADA and regulatory guidelines.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)
