Goodman Masson is seeking an experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing team, specializing in the top 1% of Software Engineers across New York and San Francisco. The role offers a competitive base salary plus an industry-leading commission scheme and a hybrid work model in Modern Manhattan offices.

You will own end-to-end recruitment processes, engage passive talent, and provide market insights to clients and candidates alike, while advancing your specialty in

Qualifications

• Previous experience recruiting within Technology.
• 360 recruitment, 180 recruitment or exec search.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities, with the ability to engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence building relationships at all levels.
• A growth mindset and genuine desire to continuously develop your market knowledge and recruitment expertise.
• A collaborative approach to teamwork - you contribute positively to team culture and help elevate those around you.
