Compensation

$100,000+ at plan earnings

Responsibilities

  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home

As a licensed real estate salesperson, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individual clients, landlords, or developers in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience.
