Job summary

Cole Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Cary, NC for part-time hours. We offer on-site support, competency-based pay, and growth opportunities within a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of autism experience and an RBT certification, plus supervision from a BCBA. Roles may evolve toward full-time with additional hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism.
• RBT Competency Exam determines starting pay rate; competency levels reassessed every 6 months.
• On-site team with BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans to teach functional language and social skills.
• Data collection and summary as per individualized treatment plan.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical staff to support progress.
• Provide services in-home, clinic, or schools as needed.
