Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in home and community settings across North Carolina. Immediate availability and flexible part-time schedules.

We offer paid training, same-day pay, and a supportive clinical team to help you build skills and advance in ABA. The role includes one-on-one ABA services, data collection, and collaboration with families to promote independence. No experience? No problem — training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
