Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our family-centered ABA team in Cary, NC. This part-time role offers 10-12 hours per week with morning shifts and weekly pay, plus opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities include 1:1 in-home ABA therapy, data collection, and implementing BCBA-designed treatment plans. A 40-hour ABA training is required or willing to obtain RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 40-hour ABA training completed or willing to complete.
• Background check clearance required.
• Experience with children in ABA settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members for client success; maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals based on assessments.
• Maintain client confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
