CTL Management, Inc., a West Coast property management company, invites skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our Sacramento metro team. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of hands-on maintenance experience in the property management industry and be capable of exterior upkeep, painting, turnover, and general repairs.

This on-site role supports our communities with reliable maintenance and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years hands-on maintenance experience in property management.
• Ability to perform exterior maintenance including painting and turnover.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the property’s exterior to enhance overall curb appeal.
• Assist in all types of maintenance such as painting, apartment turnover, and servicing apartment homes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• On-call duties in accordance with scheduling and handling maintenance emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager as deemed appropriate to meet goals and objectives established for the property.
