Job summary

The Learning Experience seeks an Experienced Infant Ones Twos and Preschool Teacher in Gilbert, AZ to create a welcoming classroom where children learn through play and growth. You will implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® across age groups and collaborate with families using a growth-mindset approach.

The role offers ongoing professional development, state-of-the-art classrooms, and a supportive team dedicated to helping children thrive academically and emotionally.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and achievements.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:
