Job summary

The Learning Experience - Manalapan in Englishtown, NJ seeks an Experienced Preschool Teacher to create a positive learning environment for children and to implement our LEAP Curriculum®. You will collaborate with center staff, communicate with families, and support enrollment and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required)
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
• Experience with early childhood curricula, such as LEAP Curriculum®, is a plus

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Partner with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a collaborative classroom.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
