The Learning Experience – Charlotte, NC is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. Lead with a welcoming classroom and a focus on helping children learn, play, grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred; six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• Caring and creative individual passionate about working with preschool children.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children as appropriate.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s adventures and achievements through apps and discussions.
• Partner with daycare staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will:
