The Learning Experience Corp. seeks a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to create an engaging, safe learning environment for infants through preschoolers. You will implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth and development.

We value ongoing professional development and offer pathways for advancement within a supportive, child-centered team. This role emphasizes collaboration with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for education and care of children.
• One year of teaching experience preferred, six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred, HS diploma/GED required.

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool children as appropriate.

• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s progress via apps and discussions.
• Support center enrollment and engagement goals with center staff and leadership.

As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:
