Markool Heating Cooling Plumbing is hiring an Experienced Plumbing and HVAC Service Technician for a full-time position based in Frederick, MD. You will dispatch to service calls, diagnose and repair HVAC and plumbing systems, and communicate clear solutions to homeowners.

Applicants should have 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience and an EPA Certification. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required, and familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with homeowners on proactive improvements when appropriate.
• Be available for on-call rotation and overtime as needed.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7 AM-4 PM, with on-call rotation, overtime availability, and direct dispatch from home, no reporting to a central office.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Experienced Plumbing and HVAC Service Technician, you'll dispatch directly to service calls, where you'll diagnose and repair residential HVAC and plumbing systems. You'll communicate clear solutions to homeowners, document work accurately in ServiceTitan, recommend proactive improvements when appropriate, and maintain a clean, professional job site, finishing each call knowing the system, the customer, and the work were handled correctly.

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential systems independently
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• EPA Certification

At least 3 years of residential service experience, familiarity with ServiceTitan, strong customer communication and presentation skills, and confident independent diagnostics are preferred.
