Markool Heating Cooling Plumbing is hiring an Experienced Plumbing and HVAC Service Technician for a full-time position based in Frederick, MD. You will dispatch to service calls, diagnose and repair HVAC and plumbing systems, and communicate clear solutions to homeowners.

Applicants should have 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience and an EPA Certification. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required, and familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential systems independently.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch directly to service calls and diagnose/repair residential HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Communicate clear solutions to homeowners and document work accurately.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site and finish each call successfully.
• Collaborate with homeowners on proactive improvements when appropriate.
• Be available for on-call rotation and overtime as needed.
