Pay is 18.50-$23/hr plus $9-$11/hr in tips.

At Pizza Bocca Lupo, we’re looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our team and help us continue serving up our signature wood-fired, thin-crust pizzas in the heart of San Pedro Square Market. If you have at least one year of pizza-making experience and a love for authentic, high-quality ingredients, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an Experienced Pizza Maker at Pizza Bocca Lupo, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional quality that has made us a neighborhood favorite. Your responsibilities will include:

• Hand-stretching and preparing pizza dough to perfection.
• Crafting artisan pizzas to order, using our signature fresh mozzarella, crushed tomato sauce, 00-style flour, and extra virgin olive oil.
• Operating and maintaining our wood-fired oven, ensuring every pizza is cooked to perfection.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborating with our team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and an outstanding customer experience.
