The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation & Healing Center is seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for our facility in New York. The PT will assess patients needing rehabilitation, develop and oversee treatment plans, and educate patients and families while coordinating with the physician.

Responsibilities include supervising PT assistants, documenting progress, and ensuring HIPAA compliance, with a focus on geriatric care and excellent patient service. Competitive compensation offered.

Competenze

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program or university.
• Must hold a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.

Mansioni

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals aligned to patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction.
• Document and record patient condition and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.
