Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Boston, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM and rotational weekends. The role offers a pay range of $24.50–$26.25 per hour, with eligibility for annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric/geriatric collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures (drug screens, biometric screenings, insurance exams).
• Administer oral solutions per training.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client data.
• Navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Handle billing input and payments per policy.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, preparing for transport.
• Perform non-patient duties: stocking, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
