Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Waltham, MA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role offers a pay range of $24.50 to $26.25 per hour and eligibility for annual performance bonus compensation. Responsibilities include collecting specimens, verifying orders, data entry, and maintaining logs.

Requirements include three years of phlebotomy experience, high school diploma, and preferred phlebotomy certification. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Administer oral solutions as trained.
• Verify orders using lab systems and client information.
• Accurately enter data and navigate computer systems.
• Process specimens with labeling, centrifuging, and preparation for transport.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with statistics and data submission.
