The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PI litigation experience, excellent organization, and strong communication skills to manage a high-volume caseload, draft pleadings, coordinate discovery, depositions, and trial materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of personal injury paralegal experience.
• Strong understanding of PI litigation process.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury lawsuits from inception to resolution.
• Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines.
• Draft, file, and serve pleadings and other documents.
• Coordinate discovery, medical records, and supporting evidence.
• Schedule depositions and coordinate with court reporters and attorneys.
• Prepare for mediation and trial, including exhibits and notebooks.
