Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, written discovery, and subpoenas.
• Familiarity with state and federal court filing procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Litigation Case Management: manage a caseload from inception through resolution and maintain calendars and deadlines.
• Pleadings and Court Filings: draft, prepare, review, and file petitions, complaints, and other documents.
• Discovery Management: draft and organize written discovery and coordinate production of records.
• Depositions and Hearings: coordinate scheduling and preparation of deposition materials.
• Medical Records and Case Development: obtain and organize medical records and related documentation.
• Mediation and Settlement Preparation: assist with mediation packages and settlement documents.
• Trial Preparation: support attorneys with trial materials and exhibit organization.
• Client and Third-Party Communication: maintain updates with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
