Job summary

LeoForce in Dallas, TX is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to our attorney team handling personal injury cases. You will prepare legal documents, research, and organize case files, coordinating discovery throughout the case lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in litigation paralegal roles, with 2+ years in plaintiff personal injury, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency with iManage, E-Discovery tools, and case management software.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a litigation paralegal.
At least 2 years focused on plaintiff personal injury litigation.
Proficient with legal case management software, iManage, and e-discovery tools.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to translate documents.

Responsibilities

Provide litigation support to attorneys, including preparing legal documents and organizing case files.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Draft and proofread legal documents; maintain high accuracy and compliance.
Conduct client and witness interviews and prepare detailed notes/reports.
Assist in depositions, mediations and trials preparation.
Coordinate and manage E-Discovery processes.
Utilize iManage for document and email management.
Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients in both languages.
