Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
• Must reside within driving distance of Raleigh, NC
• Able to attend trials with some overnight stays
• Strong research, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with building litigation cases, gathering evidence, reviewing records, and coordinating with clients and experts
• Schedule depositions and mediations, prepare for trials, and support trial teams
• Think critically and investigate to uncover facts that help cases and clients

What the day looks like:

No two days are the same. You'll work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases, as you gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule depositions/mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.

This is more than taking orders. Your job is to think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.
