Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for our Raleigh, NC team. The role involves supporting 2–3 litigation attorneys, developing cases, gathering evidence, and preparing for depositions and trials.

Hybrid or in-office schedule after initial training ensures hands-on mentorship and active trial exposure. You will handle case investigations, organize records, communicate with clients, and contribute to trial preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Plaintiffs’ litigation experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and case-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think critically, investigate issues, and solve problems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Must reside within reasonable driving distance of Raleigh, NC.
• Ability to work in-office during the initial training and probationary period.
• Ability to attend trials, including occasional travel and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with managing personal injury litigation cases from investigation through trial.
• Gather and organize evidence and case documentation.
• Review medical records, legal documents, and other case materials.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case developments and information needs.
• Coordinate and communicate with experts and other parties involved in litigation.
• Schedule and prepare for depositions and mediations.
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and litigation documentation.
• Identify potential issues and proactively help attorneys move cases forward.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, legal assistants, and other members of the litigation team.
