Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to advocate for injured clients, manage cases from intake to resolution.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PI litigation experience, a JD, and licensure in NE/IA/KS, with strong negotiation, research, and courtroom skills. This is a full-time position with opportunities for complex case work and collaboration.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active license in Nebraska, Iowa, and/or Kansas.
3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with case management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough case investigations and gather evidence.
Manage a caseload from consultation to resolution.
Draft and file legal documents.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
Prepare and present cases at trial when necessary.
Develop tailored litigation strategies.
Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals.
Stay current on relevant laws and precedents.
