• Proficiency in Excel for payroll reporting.
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Experience in aerospace/manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process payroll for approximately 200 employees across four companies.
• Use Quantum, Paychex, and ADP to run payroll and generate reports.
• Verify timesheets, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with accounting on reconciliations and GL reporting.
• Track labor hours and project payroll expenses with project teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Assist with payroll audits, month-end and year-end reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes.
