Job summary

J.J. Nichting Company in Sigourney is seeking a Parts Specialist to help customers find the correct parts and components for their equipment while delivering exceptional service.

You will check in parts orders, assist customers in person or by phone, and collaborate with the Parts Manager to maintain inventory levels and streamline processes in a fast-paced agricultural setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with equipment parts is required.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn dealership parts and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

This position plays an important role in supporting our customers in the agricultural industry by helping them find the correct parts and components for their equipment while providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
