21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full-time Parts Counter Specialist to support farmers with the parts and expertise they rely on. You will greet customers, help them find parts, and recommend products tailored to their needs.

This role emphasizes accurate information, a clean retail area, and building lasting relationships through excellent service. A high school diploma and 1+ year in agricultural parts is expected, with lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the agriculture parts business.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand, climb, bend for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

What You Need to Succeed

• 1+ years of experience in the agriculture parts business
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Strong listening and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to stand, climb, bend for long periods
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work extended hours on a computer

If a job offer is made for this position, it will be contingent upon passing a pre‑employment drug test, background check, and determination of insurability for positions that require driving. If the drug test comes back positive or you are not insurable for a position that requires driving, the job offer will be rescinded.

Salary: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
