Manhattan Motorcars is seeking a Parts Counter person to support our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate has prior parts department experience, with CDK/ADP familiarity preferred, and VW, Porsche or Audi know-how is a big plus.

Located in New York City, Manhattan Motorcars is a premier luxury dealer for Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini and Bugatti, offering a professional environment and strong growth opportunities for qualified candidates.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with auto parts sales.
• Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with customer on parts status.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Reviews body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing in line with the estimate.
• Provides high level service to internal and external customers.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy; notify parts manager of out-of-stock items.
• Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order if needed.
• Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.

Manhattan Motorcars is looking for a Parts Counter person to help support our team and provide customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. PRIOR PARTS DEPARTMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, prior CDK/ADP experience preferred.VW, Porsche or Audi experience is a huge plus.

Qualifications

Compensation Range

• $55,000 - $95,000 annually, base hourly plus commission, subject to performance.
