Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Technical schooling or three years of related work experience in the above trades is required and verifiable.
• This position is designated as Safety Sensitive and requires pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Preparing walls for painting or papering.
• Estimating and ordering materials.
• Painting exterior windows, doors, hand railings, etc.
• Assuming responsibility for all equipment.
• Performing all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
