Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to communicate both verbal and written English.

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Must have familiarity in such areas as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Job Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

Normal working hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, 11pm to 7:30am. Must be flexible working nights, weekends, holidays, and in responding to emergencies after hours.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.

Must wear a respirator to avoid paint fumes.

Must be able to climb ladders and work overhead for extended periods.

Must be able to work in extreme temperatures and close surroundings.

Shovel snow and endure cold temperatures for a long period of time.

This is a union position and the work schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours.
