Job summary

Clearview Outpatient in San Diego, CA is seeking an Associate Therapist II to provide individual, family and group therapy within Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. You will assess client needs, develop treatment plans and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology, and a CA provisional clinical license. Two years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.
• CA provisional clinical license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mental health settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group and family therapy sessions in IOP and PHP.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans and discharge summaries.
• Maintains accurate documentation per state guidelines and payor requirements.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
• Communicates client progress with families and referral sources.
• Engages clients with empathy and maintains professional boundaries.
