Job summary

Clearview Outpatient Woodland Hills is seeking a Therapist I to provide individual, group, and family therapy in an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting. You will perform psychosocial evaluations, create treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum requirements: Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology, and a CA LMFT/LPC/LCSW in good standing; 2+ years of mental health experience; valid driver’s license;

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required and LMFT/LPC/LCSW in good standing in CA.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group and family therapy sessions in accordance with clinical program schedule.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans and discharge plans with timely documentation.
• Maintains accurate client progress notes and coordination with interdisciplinary team.
• Responds to clients and families with empathy and professional skills.
• Coordinates care from admission through discharge with clinical interns and partners.
