Job summary

Clearview Outpatient LLC in Ontario, California, seeks an Experienced Associate Therapist II to provide individual, family and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting. • California provisional clinical license, in good standing, required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, family and group therapy sessions in accordance with program schedule.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs and discharge plans.
• Documents all activities in prescribed formats and timelines.
• Maintains therapeutic relationships and communicates progress with families and referrals.
• Coordinates client care with an interdisciplinary treatment team from admission through discharge.
