Job summary

Clearview Outpatient in Pasadena is seeking an experienced Therapist I to provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients in Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization programs. You will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Requires a master's degree and active CA license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). Schedule includes evenings Tue/Wed/Thu; generous benefits, EAP, 401K, and company match offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group and family therapy sessions in accordance with the clinical program schedule.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, logs and discharge plans.
• Maintains documentation reflecting ongoing assessments of clients' clinical presentation.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care.
• Responds to clients and families with empathy and professional skills.
