Qualifications

• Current OTA license or eligibility for MA licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Help patients improve activities of daily living and functional independence.
• Deliver activities focused on strength, balance, mobility, and coordination.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT and care team.
• Document treatments and patient responses in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation staff.
• Float to neighboring sites when needed.
