Job summary
Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in a SNF setting in any capacity (full time, part time, or PRN). You will implement OT care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications
- Accredited OTA program graduate with an active COTA license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role.
- Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Implement care plans developed by the OT, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Advance patient progress and adjust treatment as directed by the PT.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate and enhance patient care.
