Are you an experienced early childhood teacher working with one year olds? If so, apply to work with us.

We have a great team. Our teachers are kind and friendly and our admin team is supportive. Our admin teachers have been teachers and know what you need so that you are successful, feel empowered and supported. We are looking for the right person who can manage a classroom well, keep our students engaged and provide a fun and nurturing environment. You must be credentialed at least a level II with recent experience working in a toddler classroom. Need more practice before you take on a lead position? We can help and coach you. We pay for EQIT or other ECE courses.

We use a play and inquiry based curriculum and follow Conscious Discipline for our social‑emotional practice. We can train you in this area. As an experienced teacher, you do have flexibility with designing the curriculum.

Pay is a starting wage and will be adjusted appropriately depending on your experience and credentials. You will need to pass a CBI/FBI, out‑of‑state and Trails background check.
